You’ll be an established General Manager with previous experience within a branded environment, who is looking to take on a greater challenge that will involve being a vital part of this new development from the start. The site is due to open in October 2013. You’ll be able to demonstrate an outgoing, engaging, guest-led personality, able to inspire and engage with a team across all backgrounds and ages. You’ll lead from the front in a highly visible and interactive style to influence and lead your team to absolutely deliver stunning customer satisfaction and drive your business to dominate the local market place. This is a huge opportunity for the right individual. What you’ll do in this role It takes a very special person to be a General Manager at Harvester because you’ll be training, managing and moulding your staff and ensuring that our food is always of the highest quality. You’ll be keeping a wary eye on your budget. Oh, and have fun doing it.
