We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reception Manager looking to pursue a career in Corporate Reception. As a Reception Manager at Office Concierge, you will have a natural flair for customer service and people management. To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated self-starter, whose responsibility will be to ensure that your team provides a welcoming and efficient front of house reception service to all employees, their guests and other visitors of the building. You will be responsible for ensuring that the visitor experience within your site is professional and flawless. You must therefore have a passion for providing the highest level of customer service to all tenants, clients and visitors and will be responsible for your team’s provision of a five star hotel-style welcome and start to finish experience.
