Assistant reception manager : Hampshire



Our client is a luxury 4* Hotel currently recruiting for a Receptionist. The property is looking for a Assistant reception manager who is able to provide an excellent first impression for guests. The ideal candidate will have previous hotel and reception experience. The Role: Receptionist Role Criteria The ideal Receptionist will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience The Receptionist will assist in the day to day running of the reception The Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service. The Receptionist will be reporting directly into their supervisor Receptionist must be highly customer focused, good communication skills and the ability to manage the team effectively The successful Receptionist will have at least 12 moths experience within a guest service environment, preferably hotels.
