Senior Receptionist, Tracy Park Golf & Country Hotel : Wick, Gloucestershire



We are looking for a dedicated, aspiring hotel professional who will embrace this role of Receptionist here at Tracy Park. Tracy Park is a 3 star hotel & golf resort only 10 minutes from the City of Bath and 20 minutes from the City of Bristol. We currently have 42 individually appointed bedrooms, an award winning restaurant and we are rapidly becoming one of the leading golf resorts in the South West of England. Tracy Park Receptionist Qualities; we are looking for someone who can: • Be the first point of contact for all guests, ensuring total guest satisfaction and to maximise revenue for the business • Provide a friendly, efficient and pro-active approach to all guest and team. • Be upbeat, polite and friendly at all times. • Respond to any guest requests within a timely manner • Be able to communicate well with guests and colleagues • Receive and process all telephone, email and walk in reservations efficiently • Continually promote the hotel and its facilities • Maintain a professional appearance and polite positive manner to all guests and team Work shifts : reception is open between 7am to Midnight, you will be expected to work shifts between these hours and at weekends Be able to check guests in and out of the hotel following company standards and develop a thorough knowledge of all on site facilities This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant looking for a progressive and challenging role. Experience of working in a similar busy role within the hotel industry is not essential as full training will be given, but would be an advantage.
