The Belgrave Hotel is a stunning Four Star Grade Two listed building located in Victoria, London. Offering a modern and contemporary feel, while retaining it’s traditional appeal.The hotel has 73 guest bedrooms. We are looking to recruit a Night Receptionist and Daytime Receptionist. Receptionists Role 1. Lively & Outgoing and enjoy offering great customer service 2. Excellent standard of English both written & spoken 3. Evidence of running a busy reception desk with the ability to think on your feet 4. Numerate for dealing with payments and financial reports 5. Excellent personal presentation always giving a great impression The successful candidiates would be keen to learn, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work well within a team.
