Appointment Coordinator An exciting full-time role has become available at a well-established medical consultancy based in Harley Street. Main duties will include: - Answering the phone - Booking appointments - Dealing with patient enquiries - Ensuring a high standard of service is delivered at all times The ideal candidate should preferably have: - Past experience in an administrative or office based environment - Education to ‘A-level’ standard or equivalent - Excellent attention to detail - Exceptional personal skills and team player - Able to manage his/ her time efficiently and work well under pressure Full training and support will be given. This position is full-time for a total of 37.5 hours per week, with the opportunity for overtime. The position will be remunerated at £9.50 p/hour.
