Our company offers a high turnover, fast-paced, accessible and affordable service to male and female clients suffering from hair loss and thinning. Full training will be given and personal development and support ongoing. Demand for this service is high and we consider customer satisfaction the key to our success. Effective management of our walk-in centre will help guarantee repeat business as well as referrals from satisfied clients. Good interpersonal communications skills as well as customer care are an absolute must. We are looking for a manager who has people management skills and can inspire and motivate a team to achieve challenging targets and high standards, while delivering exceptional customer service at all times. We are looking for a highly organised individual, good at developing staff members, with proven commercial skills. You must have a ‘lead by example’ attitude and a genuine desire to motivate your team to maximise sales and to build excellent customer relations. You will also oversee sales and financial records, and be responsible for banking as well as supervising the recruitment, training, conduct and work of staff. You will also maintain, participate and supervise in all necessary cleaning, health and hygiene procedures for the centre to ensure that standards are high. You must have a passion for selling and customer interaction, a hands-on approach, and a strong drive to exceed results. Ideally, you may have a hair/beauty or clinical background, although this is not essential. You must be customer focused, have an outgoing personality, able to interact well with all types of customers, adapt service style, and most importantly speed of service when things get busy.
