Various hours from 15 a week to 37.5 a week may include shift work, nights and weekend work. £14,904 – £15,845 per annum, pro rata for part-time £7.62 – £8.10 per hour Permanent and casual roles available We are looking for support workers to join our team; providing individualised packages of flexible support to individuals within their own flats in Mayo House. Staff should be committed to providing meaningful community involvement and share the values and principles of positive behavioural support. Requirements: • Experience of working with people with complex mental health needs is essential • Experience of working with people with learning disabilities would be an advantage We also require: Female Staff Only – This post fulfils the requirements of a Genuine Occupational Qualification and is therefore exempt under the Equality Act 2010. We are seeking female Support Workers to join this service who will work exclusively with a service user who lives in her own self-contained flat. The successful applicant will be relaxed, friendly and confident when dealing with potentially challenging conditions. Requirements: • Experience of working with people with complex mental health needs is essential • Experience of working with people with learning disabilities would be an advantage • An interest in the outdoors and gardening is desirable If you meet the above requirements, we would like to hear from you.
