A Floor Supervisor/Housekeeper is required by dynamic hospitality recruitment agency, working in a 4* hotel in Central London. The successful applicant will have the desired mixture of enthusiasm, high motivation and customer focus to thrive in a friendly Housekeeping team. 2 years previous experience in prestigious Hotel/Club Housekeeping is a necessity. This includes supervisory and/or team leadership skills alongside being a strong, customer focused leader. A thorough knowledge of all housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and hotel/guest bedroom services, practices and procedures are essential. Other core requirements include a demonstrable focus upon customer care as well as fluent English and through computer knowledge. • Applicants must be responsible for supervising housekeeping assistants on the floors, checking cleaning of guest bedrooms, • organising laundry distribution within the hotel and supporting the housekeeping management team within the place of work. • and assisting the Housekeeping management in the administration of the department including induction of staff and rooming lists.
