Sports and Fitness- Customer Services Administrator : Newbridge

Role: Customer Services Administrator Salary: £14,000 salary Hours of work: 9.00 – 5.30, Monday – Friday Reporting to: Customer Service Manager Location: Head Office Job Description: The role requires the following behavioural attributes; • Team Player • Ability to listen and communicate • Reliable • Accurate • Self Starter Day to day duties include the following; - Respond quickly to customer requirements regarding parts and service via email and telephone - Follow internal procedures to efficiently process internal documents on both the company database and supporting paperwork - Co-ordinate company engineers and service visits using company planner-board software - Meet service department response times in dealing with customer requirements - Liaise with other company departments to ensure all customer experiences are of the highest levels - Report to Customer Service Team Leader on all aspects of day to day activities Skills necessary / Previous Experience • Good Computer literacy (word, excel, email etc) • Good communication skills • Presentable • An awareness of customer care • Ability to communicate at all levels externally and internally Accountabilities • Customer Service Response Times and Fix Rates
