French Speaking Incident Manager : Bingley, West Yorkshire



IMA UK Assistance Ltd is the subsidiary of a major European group of breakdown and personal assistance companies. We require a number of temporary bilingual French & English speaking Incident Managers to join our expanding team over the peak summer period. A few positions are available for an immediate start. Working within a busy multi-national team you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls to assist French and English customers requiring breakdown & personal assistance in the UK, Ireland and Europe. You will establish & assess each customer’s situation and organise the most suitable solution, whilst keeping the customer calm in sometimes stressful situations. Training is provided. It is essential to the role that you have an excellent telephone manner, are fully computer literate and have the ability to work effectively under pressure. Experience of working within a customer service or a call centre environment would be appreciated. It is imperative that you have the ability to communicate effectively both in French and English, written and spoken. Other European languages may be beneficial. Most contracts from 2 to 5 months duration are available covering the period from May to September/October (all including July & August). Opportunities for extended contracts dependent on performance. Flexible 4-8 hour shift patterns cover Mon-Sat 8am-8pm and Sunday 9am-6pm from 20 hours p/wk increasing to 40 hours p/wk during August.
