Looking for a Duty Manager and a Trainee Duty Manager : Highland

We are looking to recruit a talented and ambitious Trainee Duty Manager for our busy 3* hotel in the North of Scotland. Reporting directly to the Owner you will be able to demonstrate high end Restaurant experience within a fine dining environment whilst giving a warm and heartfelt welcome to our customers. This position would be ideally suited to talented Restaurant Supervisor looking to move into a more challenging operational role. We are looking for a person who will: Assist managers across all departments Have a solid understanding across all functions Have a particular focus on Restaurant, Events and Front of House operations Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained, improved and developed Be a visible point of contact for any customer queries Have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills Be capable of managing people and challenging situations Have a hands on, pro-active attitude and outstanding work ethic The Candidate: Candidates will be able to demonstrate a stable career history in hotels either as a Restaurant Supervisor/ Manager or as a Duty Manager. The successful Duty Manager will possess outstanding customer service skills and will be a great communicator and team leader. You will have a hands on and pro-active work ethic and be passionate and committed to delivering unrivalled customer care in our hotel.
