Travelodge Team Member Night Receptionist – New Hotel in Cambridge : Cambridge

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who has passion in hospitality. You will be the first person that our customers meet when they stay with us, so it is important that you have ability to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our customers. Keeping customers happy is the most important thing to you. Your responsibilities: - Deliver excellent customer service, be friendly and helpful at all times. - Assist in keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy, at all times. - Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail. - Must have knowledge of using computers (Training will be given to use relevant software applications). - Fulfill all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety. - Conduct regular security checks throughout the night and report any security issues to line manager. - Report any maintenance issues to line manager. - Provide reports, as required, for housekeepers and management. - Be responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for guests and the emergency services - Always adhere to all company policies and procedures and licensing laws. - Have abilities working on your own and as a part of the team. - Be prepared to muck in with any other duties that might be needed. - After 6 months, you will have opportunities to go for an assessment and gain access to management.
