Wright Brothers seafood restaurant offers diners the finest, fresh day boat fish and shellfish from sustainable stocks, mainly sourced from Cornish fisherman. Our oysters come direct from our own Duchy Oyster Farm on the Helford River in Cornwall, and other farms in the British Isles and France. We are currently recruiting for a junior sous/sous chef depending on experience and ability. The position requires a good knowledge of seafood and working in a pressured environment. Applicants must have a deep passion for seasonal food and a flair for cooking as we change the menu every day pending the fish markets. Salary £24K to £28K – relevant experience essential.
