As a Sous Chef at Browns Glasgow you will support the Head Chef in his duties and in his absence, to ensure the delivery of the highest quality of food and total compliance with all financial and safety controls. You will have specific responsibilities within the kitchen, in addition to the day to day running of shifts, managing a team, of passionate and dedicated chefs. You will drive your own learning and development, in response to a detailed and structured training programme. With an average net food take of GBP30,000, this is a high volume, fresh food establishment that requires an energetic and ambitious individual. This role is full of potential to progress within a hugely successful and growing business.
