Overview of the Role The role of the Sales Executive is to assist in the delivery of the venue’s Advanced Sales business through activities as required by the venue Sales Manager Reporting to: Sales Manager Starting wage from £7 per hour, this can be negotiated dependent on experience. Responsibilities: - Driving bookings and guest list by cold calling and face to face meetings – this role is predominately pro-active and you will be cold or warm calling a minimum of 4 working days a week - Hosting and data capture - Pro actively selling the venue to existing and new customers - Driving bookings and guest list - Answering the phone and dealing with incoming enquiries - Co-ordinating events and showcases - Day to day Venue administration - Creatively producing and promoting themed nights - Managing a computer based booking system Please note: Eligibility to work in the UK will be required. You must be well presented. English is essential. Experience is preferred but not essential.
