Part time receptionist required urgently : Central London

Our large manufacturing organisation and is looking for a highly enthusiastic and organised part-time receptionist with exceptional customer service skills to join their growing team. Previous corporate reception experience is a must. You must also have proven experience of providing a first class customer service. Hours are 1.00pm to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Duties: - Locking and unlocking of site - Meet and Greet Clients on reception - Answering calls, directing callers to relevant department in a professional and curteous manner. - Maintaining telephone, group intranet site and distribution telephone lists. - On site Marshall for company emergencies - Collecting and distributing mail - Booking Couriers - Arranging meetings, travel and reservations - Typing correspondence and emails - Providing administrative support to various departments as required - Ad hoc duties as required. Experience: - Previous Coporate reception experience - Highly professional, pleasant and enthusiastic personality - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong computer skills including established proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Outlook, Internet. Salary: 9.60 per hour
