The client; is a leading membership organisation based in the City of London, with over 3500 members! They run international events to provide members and potential members with opportunities to expand their business The role: is solely responsible for the first point of contact for all of our visitors and callers and the benchmark of how they view the organisation. The role of the post holder is to provide a friendly and professional service to all internal and external customers Duties; Reception Welcome and assist all visitors in a friendly, efficient and professional manner Ensure that all members are logged in the membership database Manage the main switchboard, answering and directing calls as appropriate Monitor the standards of appearance of the Members’ Lounge and Reception, ensuring both areas are presentable at all times Handle complaints effectively Administration support Data entry and amendments of company and contact information, marketing preferences, service use, prices etc. on the client database Maintain records of all environmental evidence Compile and maintain recycling statistics Monitor the use of the recycling stations daily Support the Facilities Manager with the implementation and monitoring of new environmental initiatives Previous skills & experience; Experience of working in a similar environment Professional and friendly telephone manner Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent administrative and organisational skills Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
