As the first person our customers meet you will be the face of Supreme Healthcare Services! You will therefore be experienced in providing extremely high standards of customer service, be highly organised and efficient as well as offering a warm and friendly welcome to our visitors. You will have an impeccable telephone manner, be experienced in dealing with enquiries and following up to ensure resolution. Responsible To Branch Manager Key Responsibilities • Provide reception cover promoting the Supreme Healthcare Services’ image to all service users and visitors in a pleasant, caring and professional manner. • To receive all service users/visitors in a pleasant efficient manner. • To ensure all messages are passed to the correct person in a timely manner. Skills & Experience • You will have reception and administrative experience gained in a similar customer focused environment. • The successful candidate will have good communication skills and be computer literate • Good communication, strong literacy and organisational skills, professional telephone manner, genuine interest in working in a caring environment, an appreciation of needs for confidentiality and the ability to work on own initiative Qualifications Any Receptionist or customer facing qualifications an advantage We wait for YOU!
