CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAIL ORDER COORDINATOR REQUIRED Online Fashion Company is looking for a highly motivated, experienced customer service coordinator on a contract basis, with the potential to become a full-time position. You will become part of the core in our sales department, providing a fabulous service to our customers and support to our team. The job involves: • Talking to our customers on the phone and answering their questions • Taking customer orders • Developing a good knowledge of our website • Replying to customer emails, letters and faxes • Tracking parcels for customers with our couriers • Bits and pieces to keep the database up to date • Representing the brand and loving the clothes! Required Skills: - Experience in a retail or customer related environment, ideally with mail order companies - Experience in dealing with customers over the phone - Excellent interpersonal and clear communication skills - The ability to be organized and keep on top of administrative tasks - Good knowledge of the eBay store - Attention to detail. - Adaptable working style - Good PC skills incl Excel - Min GSCE in English & Math Please ensure the location is suitable for you.
