VACANCY Administrative Assistant (Reception) Full-time Permanent Contract £15,500 per annum Brighton Dome and Brighton Festival is looking for a polite and friendly customer services driven individual who possesses excellent administrative skills to work on our Reception desk of our administration office. As well as taking lead responsibility for the reception duties you will also work alongside the Health & Safety Officer, taking responsibility for ensuring the organisation’s administrative offices operate effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail alongside strong organisational and communication skills. An excellent working knowledge of Excel is essential for creating reports alongside advanced experience with Word and Outlook.
