Inbound Call Answering – from £6.50 – £8 p/h (Part-time, Flexible and Full-time available) : Hockley, Birmingham



This role involves answering inbound directory enquiries from members of the general public who are looking for specific businesses or services. The right candidate should be able to answer calls in a clear, concise and professional manner while advising, signposting and effectively dealing with the caller’s enquiries to suit their requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer service/ help desk/ call centre/ contact centre environment. We are looking for a person with a good eye for detail, can work well as a part of small team and deal with a high volume of inbound calls. This role requires a hard working, customer service driven individual with great interpersonal skills. In return, this job offers great incentives and employee benefits for the right candidate.
