Seasonal Receptionist : Newquay, Cornwall



We are currently looking for a Seasonal Receptionist to provide an efficient and professional reception service for Monkey Tree Holiday Park. Working to increase all bookings/sales, and providing general administrative support. Minimum 32 hours per week. Main Responsibilities: 1)Achieving all personal sales targets 2)Dealing with all ad-hoc customer queries/complaints, escalating as necessary 3)Completing all general administrative duties 4)Acting as initial point of contact. Providing a first-rate, efficient, and flexible customer service 5)Answering all calls promptly, adequately, and in a polite manner 6)Ensuring that all post/deliveries are sent on time Planning & Organising: 1)Achieving all sales targets 2)Taking bookings/payments from customers 3)Maintaining all relevant spreadsheets/databases 4)Responsibility for ensuring that all outbound post is sent on time Decision Making: 1)Prioritising own workload 2)Providing feedback and continued performance management of all direct reports 3)Responding to customer complaints, queries and comments, escalating where necessary 4)Managing customer flow Knowledge, Skills, and Expertise Required: 1)A target driven and sales orientated approach 2)Excellent interpersonal skills 3)Practical experience of working in a sales environment (desirable) 4)Educated to ‘G.C.S.E’ level standard (English/Maths grade A-C or equivalent) (essential) 5)A commitment to customer service 6)Good oral/written communication skills 7)A flexible approach, with the ability to use own initiative 8)A polite and friendly approach, with an excellent telephone manner 9)An organised approach, able to prioritise tasks as necessary 10)The ability to work under pressure 11)Strong I.T. skills If you are interested in the above position, please forward a CV or alternatively call 01872 571999 for an Application Form
