Part-Time Training Administrator Salary level: £9,000 – £10,000 per year Job type: Part-time Location: Slough, Berkshire, Closing date: 07-02-2013 Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Training Administrator for an exciting new company based in Langley, Berkshire, Bristol ,Ashley Down . This position will involve working 3 days per week with the days that are worked being negotiable. This role will involve reception and switchboard duties, confidently dealing with all incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner as well as effectively managing all correspondence. The successful applicant will be expected to co-ordinate and manage course schedules and diaries in addition to pro-actively dealing with company marketing. Candidates will be responsible for invoicing clients and students for course fees and confidently following up any outstanding amounts in a timely manner. We do ask that all applicants have excellent communication skills and are able to deal with a variety of people in a polite and professional manner. Candidates should have a strong sense of initiative to effectively prioritise their own workload. Individuals with an outgoing and confident nature would suit this dynamic environment. In order to be considered for this role, we do also ask that all applicants have proven experience using MS Office, more precisely with MS Excel.
